What is spinning?
It is the most effective and highly motivating cardio - vascular exercises of the last decade. Exercise is done on a special bike - spinner. Each rider chooses a burden that suits him/her. The rhytm is determined by music. The exercise is done under the guidance of experienced trainers (holders of J.G.S.I. certificate). Exercise does not affect the joint systen and practice your legs, arms, buttocks and body muscles. After several hours of exercise loss of fat and improvement of physical fitmess is visible. Acquired cycling habits can be easily applied in the field of road and mountain biking.
Standard lesson lasts 55 minutes. 5 minutes of warming-up is followed by 45-50 minutes of major part of the lesson. The last 5-10 minutes focuses on stretching.

What to take with you for indoor cycling lesson?
1. clean shoes with flat soles ( you can also have SPD shoes)
2. sportswear (cycling shorts, t-shirt, cycling gloves,headband)
3. small towel for sweat wiping
4. watter (min. 0,7 l)

Indoor cycling + strengthening abdominal muscles - the client can decide whether he/she wants to strengthen the abdomen after an hour of good spinning. Abdominal strengthening will be guided by an instructor in the next room.
The schedule of the lessons can be changed according to the client´s interests.
